A Pilgrimage to Fatima Millions of pilgrims come to Fatima each year to pray and do penance, obeying the Mother of God's urgent request for prayer, sacrifice and reparation. Here we see pilgrims on the Via Sacra , the principal street of Fatima which begins in the Cova da Iria and terminates in a garden near the Cabenço.
