Portugal
On a quiet afternoon in May, three children tended their sheep. Unbeknown to them, they would soon be blessed with the most beautiful vision of all — the Blessed Virgin. She appeared six times to Jacinta and Francisco Marto and Lucy dos Santos. Our Lady promised them that Heaven would grant peace to all the world if Her requests for prayer, reparation and consecration were obeyed.

On July 13, Our Blessed Mother promised that She would perform a miracle in October so that all might believe. On October 13, 1917, in the presence of 70,000 eyewitnesses, the great Miracle of the Sun was worked in the sky above Fatima so that everyone might know that the Fatima Message comes from God Himself.

Fatima
A most sacred journey. Here we will visit the places where the young seers left their indelible footprints. Serene landscape and a truly profound aura of spirituality await you in Fatima to prepare you for your pilgrimage of prayer. We invite you to join us on this most beautiful journey.

Spain
Our visit to Spain will bring us to Pontevedra — where the Child Jesus spoke to Sister Lucy several times. In Spain, we will also visit holy places and splendid cathedrals that will fortify our faith and bring us closer to God.

We invite you to journey with us in Spain as we follow Lucy's footsteps.

PILGRIMAGE HIGHLIGHTS

Portugal: Just as 70,000 people were drawn to Fatima to witness the Miracle of the Sun, so too are we on pilgrimage to the land Our Blessed Mother chose as the site where She would give the world the Message that would lead us to a lasting peace.

Lisbon: The capital of the country where "the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved". It was in this city where Jacinta died in a hospital all alone. Her heroic suffering was for the conversion of sinners.

The Cabeço: Three young children were asked by an Angel to make sacrifices for sinners. They unhesitatingly dedicated their lives, as did Our Lady when She was asked to become God's Mother.

Aljustrel: The tiny hamlet where the young shepherds lived and tended the sheep of their parents.

Cova da lria: Our Lady chose a holm-oak tree here to make Herself known to Lucy, Jacinta and Francisco. For six months Our Lady visited the "Cove of Peace" and it was at this spot where She revealed the Secret (in three parts).

Ourem: The headquarters of "the Tinsmith" who imprisoned the three young seers and cruelly tested their Faith. Even the threat of being boiled in oil could not weaken their dedication to Our Lady.

Coimbra: Where Sister Lucy now lives and prays. She is the only surviving Fatima seer and has always maintained, whenever she has been allowed to speak freely, that the Consecration of Russia has not been done as Our Lady of Fatima requested.

Pontevedra: As a Dorothean Sister, Lucy spent much of her time at the convent here in prayer. On December 10, 1925, she was visited by Our Lady and the Child Jesus, and saw Our Lady's Heart encircled with thorns. Here Our Lady promised salvation to all who devoutly practiced the Five First Saturday devotions. Lucy was also visited by the Child Jesus on February 15, 1926 in the garden, where she was asked if she had yet "revealed to the world what the Heavenly Mother asked".

Tuy: The "Vision of Tuy" took place on June 13, 1929 in the chapel where Our Lady asked for the Consecration of Russia. While she was in Tuy, Sister Lucy was told on January 2, 1944, by Our Lady to write down the Third Secret of Fatima.

Rianjo: Sister Lucy spent some time here while in poor health. While she was praying in the chapel, Our Lord told her: "You please Me very much by praying for the conversion of those countries" (Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe, and the whole world). He then went on to teach her two more prayers. Then, Sister Lucy was given the warning of the bishops' fate (like the King of France, because he delayed to consecrate France) if they remained obstinate in their delay in obeying His command to consecrate Russia.
